What if you fall ill, are injured and cant make our day?

Do you take breaks on the day?

What if it rains?

Are you insured?

Can we meet you before we book?

Do we need to provide a meal for you?

How do we book?

How long does it take to get our photos?

What happens if your equipment fails on the day?

Yes!

Its so important that your wedding vendors are fully insured to work with you and your venue.

I'm fully insured with both public and personal liability insurance and am happy to provide the certificate.

Do you have any photography education?

I'm educated to degree level in photography, but i'll be honest, Ive learned so much more from getting out and working within the industry.

I keep my education up to date with courses and workshops each year where I have the space to learn new skills and gain invaluable knowledge from others in the industry.

How are our photos protected?

I work with dual card cameras and write to both cards at the same time, all day. Simply meaning that the images captured though out the day are backed up as we go.

Images are then copied over to 2 external hard drives and the memory cards are  securely stored as a third back up until your full gallery is delivered.

Meetings are encouraged!

This gives us a chance to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions and have a look at some of my work, talk about your day and just ensure were an all round good fit.

I know its easier said than done, but please don't worry about the weather!

Its one of the only things you wont be able to control on the day, so try to embrace it. I carry umbrellas and i'm not afraid to work in the rain if you're up for that too!

Although it isn't expected, it is really appreciated if a supplier meal is included for me.

Simply due to how remote a lot of wedding venues are, I would need to leave to get something to eat and I wouldn't want to miss anything, so its much easier to stay on site.

You can contact me using the form below and We'll arrange a meeting to discuss your plans.

If were a good fit, I'll send your contract, once is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is secure.

Turnaround times for full galleries is a maximum of 8-10 weeks from the wedding date.

Be assured that if they are ready sooner than this I wont hold on to them, they'll be in your inbox ready for you to have a glass of something special and relive your day.

The short answer to this is yes, usually while you and your guests are eating, i'll have a short break, have some food myself and reset ready to go again after your meal.

This is usually the best time as photos of guests eating are usually the least flattering!

Im very fortunate to have a network of fantastic photographer friends, so If I am unable to attend (which is very rare and hasn't happened yet!) I will find you a replacement photographer. I will then edit the images to ensure you have the style that you booked me for.

I carry spares!

Spare lenses, camera bodies, lighting etc are always in my camera bag.
